1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dwelup Corporation's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Dwelup Corporation provides architectural drafting, 3D modeling, BIM services, structural engineering, construction estimation, and related consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Dwelup Corporation become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For projects over $5,000, milestone-based payments may be arranged.

5. Revisions Policy

Our standard service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate of $50/hour.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dwelup Corporation's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
