1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Work has not yet commenced on your project
  • The delivered work does not match the agreed specifications
  • Technical issues prevent us from completing the work
  • Duplicate payments were processed

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@dwelup.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Work already completed and approved
  • Custom work requiring significant time investment
  • Revisions beyond the included revision rounds
  • Services already rendered

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the amount of work completed relative to the project scope.
